Materials: Silk flowers Wire cutters Glue gun Flip-flops - Clip a flower off its stem. Because the stem is no longer holding it together, now all the different layers of the flower will need to be glued together.
- Gently pull the first layer apart from the second layer.
- Stick the end of the glue gun into the space you've just made and squeeze a small amount of glue inside.
- Press the flower back together (figure A).
- Repeat this process for all the other layers.
- Put an ample amount of glue on the back of the flower and press it firmly onto the flip-flop thong.
- Repeat this process for the other flip-flop.
Products: Inexpensive flip-flops can be purchased at drugstores such as Rite Aid. The other materials for this craft can be purchased at craft stores.
