Guest Marty Stevens-Heebner joins host Jennifer Perkins to demonstrate how to create a beaded wire on a framed picture.
Project designed by Marty Stevens-Heebner.Materials: 18-gauge aluminum wire beads round-nosed pliers wire cutters screw eyes Frame Hanger - Cut a piece from the 18-gauge aluminum wire with the wire cutters that is as long as the frame you are attaching it to plus another third of that length. (For example, if your frame is 8" long, you should cut 12" of wire.) Make a loop in one end with the round-nosed pliers. String beads along the length of it then make a loop in the other end.
- Fasten a screw eye into each of the two top corners of the frame. Attach a loop from the hanger to one of the screw eyes. Repeat on the other side and you're ready to hang the frame.
