    1. Cut two 6 x 6 inch squares from one sheet each of the blue and green papers. Stamp each square with a background stamp using green ink on the green paper and blue ink on the blue paper. Adhere each square in a quadrant formation on a sheet of solid blue paper (figure A).

    2. Using different border stamps, stamp out two frames by creating four strips of the same pattern. Stamp on the reverse side of the remaining paper, and then cut out strips and trim the edge with decorative scissors.

    3. Crop photos to approximately 3-1/2 x 4 inches, and then adhere strips around the photo. Miter the corners for a better fit.

    4. Adhere frames to the center of two quadrants with foam tape.

    5. Using a frame stamp, stamp out two frames and trim with a craft knife. Crop photos and place them inside the frame. Next, adhere the frames to the center of the remaining quadrants (figure B) with foam tape.

    6. Cut two 2 x 12 inch strips from the remaining paper to make a band for the center of the page. Tape the two strips together, and then stamp the reverse side with a border stamp.

    7. Wrap the strip around the page, taping each end to the back of the page. Wrap blue satin ribbon around the band, and then tie a bow at the front of the page (figure C).

    8. Cut out a tag from the remaining paper with a craft knife and decorative scissors. Using alphabet stamps, stamp out a title for the page. Next, punch a hole in the center of the tag, and attach to the ribbon using a craft knife to open the top of the hole punch.
