    Figure B
    1. Spray the Confetti White card stock and tags with water until damp.

    2. Stamp the pink flower, green leaf, and yellow flower to create a background paper and tag (figure A).

Note: Spray water as you go if needed to achieve the desired watercolor look. Let dry.

    3. Cut and crinkle a portion of the background page to use as a mat behind a photo (figure B). Tear and adhere. Do the same to the tag to create the corner accent.

    4. Cut a strip of Mellow Moss card stock and stamp a pattern with the Wonderful Words stamps and the Mellow Moss ink pad. Adhere to left side of page.

    5. Mount trimmed photos on colored card stock and attach to page.

    6. Add corner tag to bottom left photo.

    7. Stamp "Celebrate" on Confetti pennant with Mellow Moss ink and attach to page.

    8. Secure tag and title to page with Pretty in Pink eyelets.

    9. Place ribbon across matted photo and secure with eyelets.

    10. Journal the finished page.
